Getting Error Messages ADF_FACES-60097 After Trying to Use Newly Created Person EIT Info

Current version at 21D

Created new contexts under Person EIT Information. Deployed successfully without error.

Associated Contexts and Pages has been added, selection is showing up in Person - Extra Information page, however when clicking on the newly created items to test and check if its is able to record the information this errors shows up:

"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #29"

Compared with previously created fields and found no dissimilarities.

Any way to solve this error and resolve issue of Person EIT Info not usable?
