How to troubleshoot time punch failures
Summary:
Hello Time and Attendance experts: We are currently facing an issue where there are certain punches that are not flowing over from our conventional time keeping system. We have an API integration that sends over time punch requests to Oracle and we receive responses on the log file. At specific times today we did not receive responses for some of the time punches and do not have any error messages that will help troubleshoot the issue.
