How to make imported initial balances on a compensatory Absence Plan visible

Summary:

We are switching from EBS to Fusion Cloud regarding Absence. As part of this, I am importing an initial balance to a compensatory plan. The transaction is visible when I do a report in OTBI at transaction level. But I'm not able to se the transaction in Absence Administration/Absence records area within the application.

The Compensatory plan: "DTU Flex Compensatory Plan"

Transaction made in application as part of a test, and before import of initial balance: 63.02

The Calculated Balance showing in Absences and Entitlements for this specific user: 73.02

So in the calculated balance, the imported 10 hours of initial balance has been included. But when I open details by clicking the plan, the imported transaction is not included. Not even if I make date range very long:
