HR Help Desk - Contacts tab in SR Details page
Oracle HR Help Desk - SR details page has the option to add the manager and other employees as Contacts to the Service Request. What is the use/significance of this?
Currently, only the Primary contact is able to view the SR on the Landing page. Is there a way for other contacts to view the same SR as well?
For the above screenshot, Employee Ani is able to view the SR, however, it is not visible to Employee Biju. How should the Role /Security Profile be configured, so that both employees have access to the SR?
