Connections between HCM Performance and Learning modules
Our customer would like to get the most out of using both Oracle HCM Performance and Learning modules, indeed he would like to leverage on final performance evaluations in order to assign courses/specializations to learners (i.e. if an employee has been evaluated poorly by his/her manager for a specific performance goal, then he/she is provided in automatic with some courses on OLC in order to fill his/her gap on that topic).
Have anyone of you faced a similar requirement? How did you handled it? Any suggestion/idea is deeply appreciated :)
