Why can't I see the entire history in Supplier responses (Initiative)?

For example: 

1. I created the initiative.

2. I sent to the supplier

3. He answers my questions

4. I reject one of the questions and send it to the supplier again

5. the supplier responds once

6. I receive the answer and return it to the supplier again

7. the supplier responds for the second time

when I get this second answer I only see it, I don't see the answer 1. Why?
