How to make all inbound HR Helpdesk emails auto route to Pay, Leave and Benefits queue.

Summary:

Payroll are forwarding a lot of emails from their shared email box to HR Helpdesk and these are currently getting assigned to the HR Default queue. To remove a step please advicce how to make all incoming HR Helpdesk email automatically assigned to the Pay, Leave and Benefits queue so that we can manually assign to a Service Administrator.
