Data loading options into ARCS

Is there a specific or preferred tool for data load into ARCS

Our Client has different on-prem EBS instances from where data will be sourced for load into ARCS. They have written queries to extract the relevant data from EBS Subledgers and GL. Client is expecting the volume of reconciliations to grow in the future. In terms of loading the data into ARCS is there a preferred method i.e., EPM Automate or Data Management for this type of EBS based data load ?
