SQL for Costing for Elements

Summary:

We are working on SQL to fetch the Element Entry details with costing information. I am finding it difficult to fetch the costing information from the Element Entry-level costing. Please provide the logic if you have it. Navigation: Person Management(Search a Person)>Go to the Element Entry task page under Payroll section>costing.
