Users not receiving termination approval notifications
Summary:
Hello - we had a situation where an employee was terminated but the approver did not receive a bell or email notification. We could see the termination pending with the approver in the transaction console and in BPM but could not take action on it. When we reassigned the approval to members of HR, they also did not see any notifications. This was only for one employee termination (so far). Has anyone experienced this before?
