Employee without business email

Summary:

Need to hire some employees (blue collar) in the system that won't have the business email but they should be able to access the system (for Core HR + Learning + other talent processes) by inserting username and password

would like to better understand the following topics:

• is it possible to make an employee access the system if he does not have an email mapped?
• will he receive notifications via bell icon?

any best practices about how to manage blue collar (client won't enable business emails for them)? including the personal email?
