Employee without business email
Need to hire some employees (blue collar) in the system that won't have the business email but they should be able to access the system (for Core HR + Learning + other talent processes) by inserting username and password
would like to better understand the following topics:
- is it possible to make an employee access the system if he does not have an email mapped?
- will he receive notifications via bell icon?
any best practices about how to manage blue collar (client won't enable business emails for them)? including the personal email?
