Hi,

When try to create transfer order from the 'Manage On hand Quantity > Action > Request Transfer Order' the supply line failed in Error: "A party could not be found for the requester provided on the line. ORA-06512: at "FUSION.INV_TO_PROCESS_ORDERS_PKG", line 6745".

Note: This issue is happening with some users NOT all the users.

All the below documents actions plans are applied but still the error is there.
