Print cancel transfer order functionality

Hello Everyone,

We are trying schedule 'Print cancel transfer order' process everyday to cancel the TO's which are not fulfilled till lastday(Sysdate-1). we used schedule ship date as offset data and number of days as 1.

Back ordered only->No

Cancel Transfer orders-> No

Inprocess orders-> NO

Our understanding is it should list out all orders on that day. similarly if we use 2 then sysdate-2. On the other hand if we use if we use -1/-2 (sysdate+1)/(sysdate+2). But system shows both past and future days

can someone please explain the logic of this report?
