Would like to understand the difference between seeded 'Human Resource Manager' and 'Human Resource Specialist' Roles. Generally we copy the seeded Human Resource Specialist role to make client specific custom role and assign it to business users for editable access on various pages.

If we compare the two roles in security console then it is found that HR Manager role inherits the HR Specialist role and there are no additional functional security privileges assigned to HR Manager Role. So , wanted to understand the practical scenario where user should be using HR Manager role and not the HR Specialist Role.
