Supply Request Exception not showing any error message upon release of Cancel Order type from SCP

Upon Release of an Item with Action: Cancel and Release Status: Cancel from planning, the Item is going to Supply Request Exceptions where there is no exception message visible showing on what is causing this error.

  1. Cancel Order with Action : Cancel from Planning


  • After Release the Item is going to Supply Request Exception
  • No Error visible for this Particular Exception

How to know what is causing such exception? Any help would be highly appreciated.
