Payroll order of precedence for deductions from gross pay

We would like to change the order of precedence for deductions from gross pay. We are not using iterative processing, therefore, it is my understanding that we need to change the processing priority at the element level. Here is the challenge:

We need to start with a few pre-tax deductions, next a few involuntary deductions, then back to the remainder of pre-tax deductions and finally voluntary deductions. With that in mind, here is our current processing priority by classification:

Pre-tax: 4750

Involuntary: 7500

Voluntary: 8500

If I am to have a few pre-tax elements go first, would I change the element's processing priority to something like the following:
