Do any other Oracle Learning Cloud customers use NAVEX Global courses?
Our organization uses compliance course programs from NAVEX Global. We have had many repeating issues with the courses from NAVEX not registering a team member's completion. For compliance and regulatory courses that often are assigned to the whole enterprise, this affects thousands of team members.
We have experienced these issues with both SCORM and AICC versions of their courses.
We see one behavior where if the team member selects the button NAVEX provides for the team member to Print Certificate that it will sort of put users in a weird (maybe suspend) mode and nothing the learner does after that will be registered by the learner NAVEX also has an End Training button right next to this Print Certificate button and I suspect that is what provides the trigger "End/Exit Training" to the LMS, but many of our learners experience nothing after they click it.
