Field Label in Thai does not translate correctly

Field Label in Thai across system does not translate correctly. For Example "PAY", it translated to "ชำระเงิน" which is not correct. It should be "เงินเดือน" instead.

We have Thai Customer, and the field translation does not make sense for the navigation that we want customer to use.
