Error when creating a Calendar event - Public Holiday category

Summary:

I am unable to crate a calendar event - Public holiday category.

Content (required):

When I try to create a Public Holiday, I receive an error message that stated "You must enter a value". I am unable to include any nodes from the hierarchy because of this.

Does anyone have a solution? Is this just a bug?
