Can we delete or merge the Nonworker record with the Employee record?

Summary:

Hi,

We have created a second person id(Nonworker) for a User. Now that Nonworker person id should be merged with the original record or deleted if that is not possible.

Is there any way to merge the Nonworker record with the Employee record? is not is there any way to delete the Nonworker record?
