Suppress previous talent ratings for manager prep for talent reviews
Summary: We want to suppress previously-provided talent ratings (risk of loss, impact of loss, potential, performance) in the manager page accessed while preparing for a talent review.
Content (required): We have found that our very busy managers do not remember if they have rated/do not spend a quality amount of time on the talent meeting prep for their associates who are included in talent review meetings. They see the ratings displayed on the page from previous talent review meetings and assume they are good to go and submit. There have been several meetings where the previous rating did not apply due to associates being promoted or some other situation, but the manager didn't reflect the change in the rating.
