How do I minimize maintenance of multiple identical reports?

I have several servers with local EPBCS databases and one server with consolidated Essbase cube. I want to allow the users to run NR reports either from the consolidated cube or from their local servers. I also don't want to maintain multiple identical reports.

What would be the best way to achieve that?
