Warning or Disable Over Issue of Materials to a Work Order

Our manufacturing team occasionally makes errors when issuing their materials to a work order, resulting in inventory variances and potential costing issues.

For our organization, the users should only be issuing the exact number of materials needed for the work order

To avoid under issues we have enabled a warning at time of completion of the work order. This is set under Manage Standard Operations.

However, in reviewing documentation and configuration settings, I'm having difficulty finding if there is any capability to restrict or warn the user in case of accidental OVER issue. Is there any existing configuration setting that we can enable for this scenario?
