My account is 'terminated', my access to my whole root department is disabled with an error.

Since 29 March 2022, I haven't been able to access anything in my root department. I am met with the error 'Authorization failed or requested resource not found.' every time. I got in contact with a support chat member, and they said my account was disabled by the system.

I started to use the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure on 19 March 2022. I got the free trial, and used only the Always Free Resources. On 29 March 2022, my compute instance went offline, and I couldn't access it through the OCI or PuTTY(1). No, the issue is not PuTTY, it doesn't work on Linux either. I'm met with an error every time, the error being "Authorization failed or requested resource not fund."(2). Visiting my compute -> instance page, I get "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help"(3).
