Approval Rule - send an FYI notification to a specific email address

Summary:

Hi, I want to be able to set up an approval rule notification to be sent to a specific generic email address, rather than a particular user or approval group. How can this be done please in BPM Worklist or Transaction Console Approval Rules?


I have seen it done before but that was a while ago and it is escaping me how to do this :-(
