Does hiding a filter using page composer need to be re-added after each Oracle release?

Summary:

I would like to hide a filter ('Source of Document Records') from the landing page for Document Records. Would this customization be overwritten, and therefore need to be re-added after each Oracle release?

Content (required):

1. Open Sandbox with Page Composer

2. Navigate to HR > View more > Document Records

3. Search for an employee using Advanced Search and click the Employee Name. Source of Document Record filter appears

4. Open Page Composer

5. Click the Gear and deselect Source of Document Records. Click Save.

6. Click Save and give a name for the new search and make sure Default is checked.

7. Test and Publish the sandbox.
