Implementation and configuration of DCS with B2B Service Fusion, Intelligent Advisor OPA and Externa
We have a concrete situation regarding the Digital Customer Service application according to this, we have the following doubts about it
1.- How to disable the option to create SR from the Digital Customer Service?
2.- We need to add in DCS a link to a smart advisor interview (formerly OPA) "https://opaorf--tst1.custhelp.com/opaorf__tst1/owda/0/investigate/ORF_2_2/es-ES/ScreenOrder~Main~qs%2426674405-526c-4ae1-aa86-9e24e0e4483f%24global%24global" so that when clicking on it the user is directed to the interview managed there, how can this be added within the DCS? We need the documentation in case it exists for this type of managements.
