Employee move from one legal employer to another how to perform in the old ui?

Hello ,

We would like to have an employee move from one legal employer to a new different legal employer. And at the background have a new work relationship opened for the employee with the new legal employer.

In the old ui - what process should it be ? It’s not termination of the employee and rehire in the new position and legal employer right ?

Can we perform it by navigating to person management - employment - update - action “transfer “ or should it be “global transfer “ in this case?
