How to create a tile for pending workers?

Content (required):

We would like to move our quick action "Pending workers" to the springboard/front page as a tile. Today it is currently only a quick action, which means our end users must find the specific action which is an nuccessary extra click for them.

We've created several tiles on the springboard using deep links to the specific quick action, but cannot find any deep link for pending workers. Is there a link we're missing or another way to create a tile which opens the pending workers application page?
