Termination Dff based on Action and Action Reason

Summary: Hi,

We have a requirement to create a custom dff field on the termination screen with a list of values. The values should populate based on the termination Action(Voluntary/Involuntary).

We have an action reason based on the Termination Action, however at this point we do not want to change anything on the action reason front and use the custom dff field.

How can we achieve this requirement?
