What happened to Manage Jobs in Workforce Structures in 22A?

Summary:

We just received 22a . My HR person that adds new Jobs in HCM can no longer see "Manage Jobs" as an option under her Workforce Structure.

I had to direct her to go to Setup and Maintenance and search for Manage Job so she could finally get to this screen to add a new job:

She did this successfully a month ago and we have done no changes security wise to her id. So leading me to believe it's 22A related.
