How to freeze/unfreeze employee employment record in Fusion HCM from Person Management

Summary:

Our requirement is to How to freeze/unfreeze employee employment record in Fusion HCM from Person Management > Manage Employment screen and Work Relationship pages.

When HR Admin navigates through Mange Employment/Work relationship screen for newly employed employees, search for the employee, open employment page and try to edit/correct the employment data; it should not allow to do the same.

Only if the HR Admin unfreezes the newly employed employee record, then only we will be able to edit/update the employment data or make any changes on employment page.

Though we can restrict access through role access, we do not want to restrict for all the employee records. This freeze/unfreeze requirement is only for specific employee records.
