Summary:

We want to configure Floating Holiday for US Legislation, such that the each floating holiday is mapped to one Calendar Event and the moment system recognizes any Calendar event in that month they should get an accrual of 8 Hours in Floating Holiday the employee can apply for Floating Holiday anytime during that week of Calendar Event but not on the day of Holiday. For example : 25-Dec is configured as a Public Holiday. So system should give the employee an accrual amount of 8 Hours In Floating Holiday Plan for 25-Dec and the employee can apply for floating holiday
