Flag employee to allow printing payslips

Hello Experts

I am sure it is a common requirement to print payslips for some employee who are not able to access Oracle.

  1. Is there an OOTB support to flag the employees to receive printed payslips
  2. Extract the pdf files to sent across for printing either inhouse or third party
