Business Event - Triggering Point

Hi,

We planned to use 'Contact Created Event' from Engagement Cloud adapter. Oracle Engagement Cloud Adapter Capabilities

OIC integration event will trigger when we create record from Fusion UI.

When the Contact created from DCS (as Self Service User once it is approved) or Create Contact record using Rest API or Data load, will our integration trigger?
