Summary:

Every month, time cards seem to revert back to an Entered status after submission. Then they need to be manually picked up and re-submitted. But we have not been able to replicate the issue at will.

The affected time cards reverted to an Entered status after submission. They were initially at Submitted status, only to find later that they are back to Entered. What are some possible causes? Could a scheduled job have caused it to happen?
