Drill Through from ARCS to Cloud GL to a Blank Page

Hello, I have data loaded into ARCS from Cloud Financials via Data Management. I have Account Reconciliation Manager as the Target Application (Note: No application options tab .I click on a reconciliation with sourced data and click on the blue hyperlink of the balance amount. I expect to see a window appear with some gl details of the balance but, only a page for "Amount Details" which is blank. I have R13 typed into my drill through URL. Am I missing something obvious. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
