Summary: Getting an Error while searching for a learner or a course.


Content (required):

When we tried to search for a course or tried to add a learner, getting the attached error at first go. If click on OK and try for the 2nd time, its going well.

When we cleared the cache, tried in the other browser, there is no change in behavior. Expert help is greatly appreciated.
