Is there any adverse impact of changing UOM conversion factors if there are no open or pending trx?

Summary:

Per Doc ID 2723221.1) there may ne impact if open trx exist. In our case there are no pending inventory transactions. We have only open POs for such items. We have inventory in system for these items.
