Drill Through Error - "Invalid response received; operation is cancelled"

Drill Through Question -

We are seeing the following error when trying to drill through to a new sheet in Smart View:

  • "invalid response received; operation is cancelled"


Details on the integration:

  • Source: custom BI report in Cloud Oracle ERP
  • Target: ASO cube in Planning

The interesting thing is that the drill through to the web works successfully, but we receive this error when drilling through to sheet. Any idea on what the issue may be?

We have separate integrations from file that drill through to the web & a new sheet without issue.
