How move Shared Candidate Pool to Global With HDL file?

Hello Guys,

We would move some existing Shared candidate Pool to Global massively, but when we try to perform the action with hdl file, the system show us an error message:

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. Message details: {MESSAGE}.

I think the reason is linked to the presence of more Pool Owners, how can we solve this problem?
