Can't find any close button in payroll relationship quick action under My Client Group

Can't find any close button in payroll relationship quick action under My Client Group > Payroll > payroll relationship quick action . Only add and transfer button is available but in classic UI page under person management > payroll > payroll relationship there are transfer payroll , close payroll and add payroll option.
