Formula to export just 'DD/MM' from the date field

Hello,

We need to extract just month and day out of the date field. We are currently using the data format in the column properties to show just "mm/dd" but if exported in excel, it still shows the full format with year included (mm/dd/yyyy).

So we need a restriction in date format to export only in mm/dd. Any ideas on the formula?
