Import data using the HCM Spreadsheet for Worker object and with the required fields only

Import data using the HCM Spreadsheet for Worker object and with the required fields only
However, the import failed with following error:
The WorkRelationship SDO, LegalEmployerName Or LegalEntityId attribute value is required. You must enter a value.
These columns are not available for selection in the worker business object.
Please advise.
