Getting error while loading HDL file

We have employee interface running through which worker and worker assignment file is loaded everyday. We observed an issue where worker file is failed to load all the records in Fusion application.

We have employee interface running through which worker and worker assignment file is loaded everyday. We observed an issue where worker file is failed to load few records in Fusion application and remaining's are loaded successfully.
On few records, we received below error
The E value for the WorkerType attribute is invalid and doesn't exist in the list of values.
I have checked the worker records and do not found in person screen. Can someone please help to find reason of this error and how to fix it?
