Fast Formula in OTL to convert Compensatory time (Time in Lieu) based on weekly total no of hours

The FF to be used in Time Calculation rule to make it 1.25 times (from 38.5 hours) and 1.5 times (from 44hours).

So if user worked for 40.5 hours, then will get 2*1.25 = 2.5 hours of compensatory time instead of 2 hours.
