Password Reset
Summary:
Content (required): Dear Community Users, We were able to direct our employees to their desired password reset via Set Preferences>password option but now it's disabled due to SSO enable and does not allow employees to reset on their own. employees receive attached message when trying to access (including system administrators). We still use URL separately to sign into our application. How can we allow employee to change their password if we have reset for them?
Would appreciate your guidance on this.
