How does your organization use Oracle to comply with the MN Wage Theft law?

My organization is in the process of implementing Oracle and we’d like to understand if other MN-based organizations have a process in place related to MN Wage Theft Law requirements on notification delivery, data capture and reporting related to new hires or current employees that have a wage/benefit change.
