OrderChargeComponentExtractPVO extract(via DataSync) contains duplicates for primary key.

Content (required):

We are extracting data using the OOTB PVO 'FscmTopModelAM.ScmExtractAM.DooBiccExtractAM.OrderChargeComponentExtractPVO' (to extract data from the Fusion table -doo_order_charge_components) using datasync. We have seen it intermittently that the datasync extracts contains duplicates on the primary key of the table.

Has anyone faced this issue either with this or any other PVO?
