Public Info Representatives Missing
On the 'Representatives' section of the 'Public Info' screen, some representatives appear to be showing but not others. It isn't clear why this is happening. We have all of our Areas of Responsibility set up to 'Show in Work Contacts', and they are all set up via the org tree as opposed to selecting specific departments. Does anyone have any ideas as to why only some are showing?
Below is an example of what one of our AORs is set up like. They are all set up in this manner, 'Include in Work Contacts' is always selected. Staff who are missing from the Representatives list are able to access data for staff in their AOR, so it appears like the AORs are set up correctly...
